You know concrete. Writing a rubric is a different job.

Those are two separate skills, and only one of them is rare. Knowing which way a slab will crack, why a panel gets warm, which tenant story does not add up — that is the part nobody can teach a machine and nobody can fake. Turning it into a scored test is our job, not yours.

What we actually do

We build you your own dashboard. Not a generic form with our words in it — a tool shaped around how you already think about your work. If you talk in job numbers and callbacks, it asks about job numbers and callbacks. If you work off photos, it takes photos. We tune it to your background and you never see a field called "rubric dimension weight".

You tell us how you work

Trade, how long, and how you would rather get things out of your head — talking it through, typing, voice notes on your phone, or a photo of something written on paper. There is no wrong answer and no test.

We build the thing around you

A dashboard tuned to your discipline, in your vocabulary, asking the questions that make sense for your work. Usually a day or two. You do not install anything.

You just describe the job

Tell it about a failure you have actually stood in front of, the way you would tell another tradesperson. We turn that into the scored record — and your name goes on it.

Straight answers

Do I need to be good with computers?
No. That is the entire point of this page. If you can text a photo, you can do this.
What if I cannot write very well?
Then talk instead. Voice notes are fine. A phone call is fine. We do the writing; you supply the knowledge, and the knowledge is the hard part.
Will you change what I said?
We tidy it and put it in a scored format. We do not change what happened or what the fix was. You see it before it goes in, and you can tell us we got it wrong.
Am I giving away trade secrets?
You choose what goes in. Plenty of contributors keep specifics out and still contribute something no model can solve. Nothing is published under your name without you seeing it.
Does it cost anything?
No. Building the dashboard is on us — you are doing the part we cannot.
